Dr.Panjabrao Deshmukh Memorial Education Society , Nagpur established and registered under the Public Trust Act and Society’s registration act in 1973. It was established by the founder member honorable Late Shri. M.D. Mundafale he was Principal 01.12.1990 to 30.11.2000 at Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Arts & Commerce Evening College , Nagpur.

Matoshri Anjanabai Mundafale college of social work Narkhed established in 1994. The institution has started Post Graduate course in social work in 1998 and Arts Faculty section in 2000. On the demand from students and guardians of this area. It is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra and affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur.

Presently the college is working under the guidance of honorable Smt. Rajashree M. Mundafale she is working president Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Memorial Society, Nagpur.
